I just wanted to let you know how greatful Kimberlea and I
are that we found Showcase For Homes.
Here we sit only 40 days after listing our home on your website, and we
just closed on the house earlier this afternoon. We are simply amazed that we were able to get a contract on
our house in less than 10 days, in the worst housing market in 30 years. There is no doubt that the professional
look of the signage and website hosting provided by Showcase For Homes played a
huge role.
The home across the street from us had been on the market
for 3 months prior to ours, and remains on the market with a store bought “for
sale by owner” sign. The neighbors
across the street were absolutely stunned to see the “Sale Pending” addition
added to our Showcase for Homes sign only 10 days after you put our sign up in
the yard! I truly believe that if

We had never sold a house “For Sale By Owner”, and I was
leary of trying to sell without a realtor in this market. However, after looking at the savings

will ever use a realtor again. Six
